Cake decorating classes are offered to a range of skill levels & abilities, from beginner to advanced. Classes are available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings to suit your lifestyle. We aim to nurture your ideas and existing skills and build on them to provide you with a wide range of techniques and skills to adapt to a variety of styles.


Beginner classes include:

  • Basic moulding techniques
  • Getting to know your paste
  • Simple sugar flowers
  • Cake finishing and presentation
  • Royal Icing and its uses

    Intermediate classes also include:

  • Advanced flower making
  • Piping skills
  • Sugar modelling


    • Advanced classes include:

  • Pipe work
  • Sugar craft skills
  • Flower making
  • Flooding and painting
  • Covering and decorating cakes
  • Concept to completion of projects

    Classes Days and Times


    Monday Morning: 9:30am - 11:30am
    Monday Afternoon: 12:30pm - 2:30pm
    Monday Evening: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
    Tuesday Evening: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
    Wednesday Evening: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
    Thursday Evening: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

    Cake Decorating Classes operate on an 8 week school term at a cost of $100 per person. The availability of all classes is subject to numbers enrolling.

    A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Payment in full is due at commencement of the first lesson.
